Business information is sourced from public records, third-party directories, and business submissions. We make reasonable efforts to verify information but do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Listings do not constitute endorsements.

5. No Emergency Service Guarantee

CRITICAL: This Directory is not an emergency service. We do not dispatch, guarantee, or warrant any emergency response. For life-threatening emergencies, call 9-1-1 immediately. Response times, availability, and service quality are solely the responsibility of the listed provider.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Directory is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BC Emergency Directory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Directory.
